1. The Warden Service is primarily the department for enforcing littering offences, but there are other officers within the Waste Team as well that can issue FPNs.

2. We no longer use a private company for this type of work but we did use Kingdom Enforcement services for a 12 month pilot from July 2017 for 12 months.

6. Kingdom Issued 871 FPNs for littering in 2018 Council Staff issued 30 FPNs for littering

7. 582 Kingdom FPNs were paid, 19 Council FPNs have been paid

8. 280 People were prosecuted in 2018 for failing to pay the FPN

9. 843 FPNs were issued for smoking related litter
