Q2 - All procurement is dealt with via the procurement hub based at Wealden District Council.  Hastings Borough Council pays £35K per annum for this service.

Q3 - Zero, Hastings Borough Council has not recruited any senior staff in the last 3 years.

Q4 - Hastings Borough Council does not have a specific contract management department, officers in various teams have contract management as part of their roles.
