1.    How many households are currently on your Council's waiting list for social housing?

2.    How many households have been on a waiting list for social housing for a) over 5 years or b) over 10 years c) over 15 years?  

3.    What was the average waiting time for social housing for your Council in each of the five last financial years? (2012/13, 2013/14, 2014/15. 2015/16, 2016/17)

4.    How many under-24s (individuals or families where the oldest individual is 24 or under) were awarded social housing in each of the five last financial years? (2012/13, 2013/14, 2014/15. 2015/16, 2016/17)

NOTICE OF REFUSAL

The information you have requested would require us to manually check approx.1900 records to establish who is the oldest individual aged 24 or under therefore would exceed the time limit set out by the Information Commissioner therefore under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 provides an exemption from the obligation to comply with a request for information if the estimated costs of complying with that request would exceed the prescribed appropriate limit.  We estimate that the costs of complying with your request would exceed the appropriate limit by a significant amount.  For this reason we feel unable to comply with this question.
