I understand that there are over 6,000 landlords registered on the Selective Licensing scheme in Hastings and St Leonards with each landlord paying a mandatory subscription of £460 five yearly.

I also understand that the scheme is designed as being non-profit -making.

Please could you provide me with a FULL breakdown of where the money is allocated?
