Information Requested I should like to request information detailed below and time periods indicated. Covering Periods 2010 - 2017 (present) - spilt into years and Separately: Issued by Kingdom Operatives since 3rd July 2017 to date.

Hastings Borough Council do not have a split of the income between the different elements and as the amounts are the same we cannot differentiate between them. Totals for all Fixed Penalty Notice income received are as follows:

2010-11 £8,085

2011-12 £3,355

2012-13 £6,855

2013-14 £6,405

2014-15 £7,395

2015-16 £6,930

2016-17 £5,350

2017-18 YTD £1,850.

Kingdom have been enforcing since 3rd July 2017.

In the period 3/7/17 to 27/11/17 67 FPNs have been issued for general litter with 12 cases either dismissed / withdrawn or successfully defended.

In the same period 3/7/17 to 27/11/17 2 FPNs have been issued for dog fouling with neither case dismissed / withdrawn or successfully defended

Again in the period 3/7/17 to 27/11/17 1441 FPNs have been issued for smoking related litter with 100 of these cases dismissed / withdrawn or successfully defended

The Kingdom income this year is not included in the figures above, we have paid Kingdom £34,682.75 for July to September having received £40,730 for the same period so net to Hastings Borough Council of around £2,000 per month
