Time spent on Harbour Project to date by HBC officers

In an article in the Hottie dated the 03/10/2017 Councillor Peter Chowney says that no money only time has been spent on the Harbour project to date:

"What money have you been given for this scheme so far?

PC:  None. Up to now only time has been spent. If it went ahead we would have to employ more people. The feasibility study would be financed by the Treasury."

Please provide a breakdown of the time spent by HBC officers on the Harbour project from the start up to the current time.

The breakdown should include the number of hours spent in total, a breakdown by officer grade

of time spent and a breakdown by activity type (such as meetings, correspondence , document preparation etc)

Please take this as a formal request under Information Regulations.
