I am wishing to contact the council, but have been unable to find the correct individual to address my letter to. Therefore I am left with no choice other to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide me with the name and contact details of the manager responsible for issuing licences for market traders. I understand that I am entitled to a response within 20 working days of your receipt of this request and as such look forward to hearing from you by return email in due course.
