Please explain under the Freedom of Information Requests Act 2000 as amended; Bearing in mind the conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010.

WHY "You" are not maintaining correctly the Water situation at the White Rock Badger Sett and monitoring the site correctly.

I am constantly being reminded by a number of Lady Members of the Society that you are failing to monitor the Wildlife situation on a number of sites; the main site they frequently visit being the White Rock Badger Setts.

This letter and its contents are for the Manager of the Council Natural Resources and cannot be accounted for by the Councils Information Officer.

I refer to your Freedom of Information request dated 16 May 2017 sent to Mr Davidson which I received on the 18 August 2017 asking for an explanation from the Council in connection with White Rock Badger Sett.

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 provides public access to information held by public authorities.

The Act covers any recorded information that is held by a public authority.

Recorded information includes printed documents, computer files, letters, emails, photographs, and sound or video recordings.

Questions, opinions and explanations are not requests for recorded information.
