I wonder if you would be able to provide me with some background information regarding a building that was constructed in 2009 at Rocklands Caravan Park in Hastings. TN35 5DY

The original planning application number was HS/FA/04/00278

This was subsequently modified under two other reference numbers:  HS/FA/04/01129 and HS/FA/08/00819

I wish to know if the building control regulations were complied with and whether the imposed conditions on 04/00278 were ever discharged and whether the build was ever signed off.

I am particularly interested in any conditions relating to drainage on the site.
