Sales of Leasehold land at Church Street

Please send exact details relating to the sales of Leasehold Land at Upper Ore Valley in particular The 38 acre acres that enjoys a one thousand year lease on it. Please under the Freedom of Information Act send  exact details why the Councils is acting illegally when the Council is only empowered to maintain the area for public leisure pursuits.

Following clarification Hastings Borough Council only owned the land on the West side of Frederick Road which was not a leasehold sale, No information is held regarding leasehold land.

No information is held regarding "acting illegally". St Helens Hospital site's have planning permissions which are available to view online - www.eastsussex.gov.uk
