Please can you assist with the below enquiries relating to Genesis Housing Association and its subsidiaries/trading names (listed at the bottom of this email):

-              Please can you confirm the addresses and details of any open or closed non-domestic business rate accounts for properties owned or associated with Genesis Housing Association and its subsidiaries/trading names, going back to 1st April 2010?

-              Please confirm open and close (where applicable) dates for each of the accounts.

-              Please confirm if there is more than one account number for each property.

-              Please confirm whether mandatory relief has been awarded to any of these accounts, and if so, for what period?

-              Please confirm if there are any credits on any of these accounts.
