Please provide the following information for each of the financial year 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16 and for cases approved for 2016-17:

1) Number of employees made redundant broken down into compulsory and voluntary redundancies.

2) Please also provide total amount of redundancy payouts for each year and then broken down by a) compulsory and b) discretionary. I would also like the data broken down year on year please.

13/14 – 11 compulsory   £166,800.75

14/15  - 11 compulsory   £199,198.33

15/16  - 6 compulsory   £242,637.28

16/17  - 1 compulsory - NOTICE OF REFUSAL - the amount paid to this individual will not be provided as it is likely that this person could be identified, therefore is being refused under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 'personal data' this is an absolute exemption and will not be provided.
