Please provide documents and evidence in relation to the Council investigation initiated 15/3/2017 in relation to the work by contractors and ecologist at land at Church Street. This request is for all documents in relation to the investigation by the Enforcement team as quoted in a recorded  telephone call to the council offices 14th March 2017. These documents should also pe provided e.g. memos, emails, and telephone logs as well as account information from Hastings Account in regard to any costs incurred on this site on this date.

Response

I understand that you have received correspondence with our Planning Enforcement Team and Ecologist since the site visit.  Please find attached redacted email from Sussex Police, this is the only information that is held by Hastings Borough Council other than what has already been sent to you, no photographs or notes were taken on site.
