Can you detail for me how many relocation packages/costs for new appointments did the council pay in a) 2016/17, b) 2015/16, c) 2014/15, d) 2013/14 and e) 2012/13?

For each relocation package, can you tell what the job title was, the total amount of relocation costs met by the council, when the appointment was made and where possible a breakdown of the relocation costs?
