Updated caravan site licences, licence conditions and site plans

Responded Wed 08 March 2017I have been informed that a new site licence was issued for Rocklands on 09/02/2017.
In the light of this it is possible that new licences have been issued for other caravan sites in the borough.
Could you please provide me with the latest versions of the site licence, licence conditions and site plans for the following caravan sites:
- Combe Haven
- Shearbarn
- Spindle Wood
- Stalkhurst Park
Should any of the above sites not yet have a new site licence issued then could you please give an indication when the new site licence will be issued for each site.
Please take this as a formal request under EIR regulations.

Information not heldThe new site licences for other sites in the Borough are under construction and will be issued at the time of our planned site visits in the near future.The old licences which have previously been supplied to you are still in place. -
