You state in your letter dated 21st February 2017: 'Furthermore, we have advised in our Stage 1 and Stage 2 Responses to complaint 16-17/299 that we are investigating these sites in respect to breaches of planning control.'  It is clear from this statement that you are stating you are creating new documents in relation to these ongoing investigations.  I am therefore serving you with Freedom of Information request for all of these documents which have been created or obtained by Hastings Borough Council in regard to this investigation since your investigation started.  This should be made available and should clearly indicate a concise investigation has occurred and is ongoing.
