Following a complaint about the failure to post correspondence for HS/CD/16/655 on the planning web site.

(Please see response from Eleanor Evans below where it is stated that such correspondence is not recorded online and is only made available on request)

I wish to request copies of  

• ALL correspondence between and the applicants concerning HS/CD/16/655
• ALL correspondence between the applicants and HBC concerning HS/CD/16/655

• ALL correspondence between HBC and consultees concerning HS/CD/16/655
• ALL correspondence between consultees and HBC concerning HS/CD/16/655

It is regrettable that this request has to be made by FOI when all such documents should be publically available online as part of the planning application.

I note that the planning application will be closed for comments very soon so must request that this information is produced as fast as possible.

If the information cannot be provided prior to the application close date then the application closure date should be extended so that consultees have the opportunity to comment base upon a full understanding of the application.
