Caravan Sites Compliance Notices

Following your release of the RH environment audit reports under EIR regulations for all caravan sites in Hastings:

I note that the RH audit reports identify some very serious issues with spacing and life safety risks at Combe Haven Caravan Park.

The audit reports also identify a range of spacing issues and other breaches of conditions at other caravan sites.

For the following caravan sites:

• Rocklands
• Come Haven
• Shearbarn
• Spindlewood

Please provide me with the following information under EIR regulations.

1. The number of compliance notices issued by HBC against the above caravan sites since 2012.
2. Copies of the compliance notices issued against the above caravan sites since 2012.

Please take this as a formal request under EIR regulations.
