REQUEST FOR INFORMATION UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 we hereby request that you provide the following information about ALL premises within the Billing Authority area that have a business rates credit on account:

1. The Address of each non-domestic property within the Billing Authority area with a credit on account

2. The Billing Authority Reference number of each property

3. The Rateable Value of each property

4. The full name of the Rate Payer at each property

5. The calendar date that the current Rate Payer first became liable for the business rates at each property

6. Amount of credit on account

7. What year the credit was created and applied to the account (NOT the year to which the credit applies)

8. The year / years that the credit relates to
