Responded Mon 19 November 20181 - Please provide all information which you hold in regard to the following information under Freedom of Information request in respect to supplying a list : Property Street address and Land registry title and price and date of payment in respect to the 3000 house moved to Hastings Housing Company Ltd (Co Regn No. 10943166)[1].
2 - Please provide all information you hold in regard to Hastings Borough Council owning all of this company Hastings Housing Company Ltd (Co Regn No. 10943166)[1] .

Q1 - This information is publically available through the land registry. For expediency's sake: at no time have 3000 properties, or any portion of 3000 houses been transferred into the ownership of Hastings Housing Company. It is possible that you are referring to a legacy stock transfer to Registered Providers of social housing; if so this did not involve Hastings Housing Company. For the avoidance of doubt no properties have been transferred from Hastings Borough Council to the Company at the time of this response. There may be a small number of transfers in the future.
Q2 - This information is available in the public domain through the Companies House website. For expediency's sake: we can confirm that Hastings Borough Council is the sole shareholder of Hastings Housing Company.
