1. an estimate of the time expended by (a) council officials and employ in each financial year since 1st April 2915;
2. what payments have been made to (a) HBC and (b) externally contracted professional advisers and service providers in connection with the proposed development, who made any such payments and the specific service or matter the payment relates to;
3. Details of any ongoing activity, current enquiries and/or any unbilled time expended by (a) council officials or employees, (b) external advisers or service providers acting on behalf of HBC and (c) any councillors in relation to any matter relating to the proposed Hastings Harbour Development at Rock a Nore in the current financial year.
4. How much budgetary provision and what resources are planned for use in connection with this scheme in each of the next three financial years.

1 - Information not held - Hastings Borough Council does not have a time recording system for officer time spent on projects.

2 - No payments have been made to Hastings Borough Council, external contracted professional advisors or service providers in connection with the proposed development.

3 - Officers are preparing a report for Cabinet in response to a petition against the harbour development. This is likely to go to cabinet in the near future.
