Responded Tue 21 August 2018I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my query as specifically as possible.
I am writing to request a list of all businesses approved by the council, and/ or employed by the council for activities involving cleaning, refuse removal and other hygiene-related activities in commercial and domestic properties as well as public spaces.
Response
Hastings Borough Council have used/are using the following:
Kier Environmental Services - Refuse Removal and Street Cleaning
SHS - Toilet contractor
County Clean - emptying of cess pits
Idverde - Parks and Opens Spaces cleaning contractor
DC Cleaning
We have no involvement with commercial collections
