FOI request (FOI-82624315)

I would like to request the following information:

1) The number of public toilets currently available in your local authority  

2) The number of public toilets that were available as at the end of the financial year 1999/2000

If possible under cost limits, 

3) The number of public toilets that were available at the end of the following financial years: 2004/05; 2009/10; 2014/15.

If gathering information for 3) would exceed cost limits, I'd still like answers to 1) and 2).

If it is not possible to identify the number available at the end of any particular financial year, I'd be happy to accept the number available at some point during that financial year.

I am happy for you to include both toilets which are the council's responsibility and those available through third parties under "partnership" agreements, as long as this is done for all years (or none). However, if you do so, please indicate (for each year) how many of the total are the council's responsibility, and how many are available under "partnership" agreements.

Most toilets in the borough are the responsibility of Hastings Borough Council, there are no partnership agreements

Q1 - Currently 18 toilets - 1 being at a Priory Meadow Shopping Centre therefore not councils responsibility.

Q2 - 1999/2000 - 25 toilets

Q3 -

2004/05 - 24 toilets

2009/10 - 22 toilets
