Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like the following information please:
Who is responsible for purchasing of parking meter or parking machine batteries?
Who is responsible for parking meter or parking machine maintenance?
How many parking meters or parking machines does the council operate?
What is the annual revenue from parking Meters and or parking machines?
Q1 - Our batteries are part of our maintenance agreement with our supplier so replacements are arranged by our maintenance technician.
Q2 - We have in house maintenance technician who fixes most faults on machines and installs new ones. Faulty parts are sent back to our supplier as part of our maintenance agreement for the machines.
Q3 - 43 machines
Q4 - Circa £1800000
