Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 please send details of the person who first complained about the workhouse part of St Helens Hospital situate on the left or east side of Frederic Road.  Hastings Borough Council sold off sections as freehold building land illegally with the help of a certain firm of Solicitors the name you and I are very familiar with.
