Please send details of the Solicitor who acted or were involved with the Secretary of Health and Hastings Borough Council in connection with the Deed of Enlargement made on the 26th March 1997.

I am aware that the transfer of functions (Health and Social Security Order Number 1834 0r 1988.  It was recognised that the Leasehold agreement was still in term for the 38 acre Farm estate and the Badger sett and foraging area including the wooded valley was to be preserved for all times following the Leasehold.

At the initial paragraph if you cannot reply to my enquiry in the ordinary way then I request that you reply under Freedom of Information Act 2000 as amended in 2004 in the next ten working days please.
