We currently send you notifications to advise of changes in responsibility as part of our services to our clients (namely letting agents and housing associations). In order to adhere to the new GDPR regulations we require the following information from you, please could you send by return the following information/attachments?

A copy of your Privacy Policy.

Confirmation that you are GDPR compliant and that the data we pass to you is secure and used solely for the purpose intended.

Confirmation of your DPO (Data Protection Officer), name and contact detail needed.
