Fixed Penalty Notices

Responded Tue 27 March 2018Could I please receive the following information under the Freedom of Information Act.
1) A monthly breakdown of the number of Fixed Penalty Notices issued by Kingdom Services as part of the services it provides to the council since January 2017
2) Could the total number of Fixed Penalty Notices issued since January 2017 also be broken down into the offence the FPN was issued for i.e. Spitting, Littering (food), Littering (cigarette butts), Littering (paper and packaging) - where possible I would at least like a separate figure provided for FPN's for cigarette butts.
3) A brief summary of the services Kingdom Services are contracted to supply by the council, how much money Kingdom Services receives for this and what proportion of money received in FPN's is taken by the council.

3. Kingdom are only contracted/authorised to provide officers that enforce littering offences under section 87 & 88 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and also Dog Fouling Offences under the local Public Space Protection Order Kingdom receive 85% of paid FPNs So far from July to February, Kingdom have invoiced Hastings Borough Council £80,113 before VAT.
