I would be obliged if you could supply me with the following information:

Who owns the land on which stands Flamingo Park Amusements and the boating lake?

Who has rights of way on the path that begins at the bus shelter on East St., and runs to The Stade?

What exactly are the intentions of the amusement park owners concerning the site?

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding, we have installed a new Freedom of Information system and have experienced a few problems.

Q1 - It is owned by the Hastings and St Leonards Foreshore Charitable Trust and Hastings Borough Council are the Trustees.

Q2 - The path is openly accessible but we understand it is not a formally designated right of way (East Sussex County Council are responsible for Rights of Way www.eastsussex.gov.uk).
