- What is the borrowing cap for the Housing Revenue Account?
- What was the actual net borrowing figure on:
o 1 April 2015
o 1 April 2016
o 1 April 2017
- What is the most recent forecast for the net borrowing figure on 1 April 2018?

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding, we have implemented a new Freedom of Information system and have been experiencing a few problems.
Hastings Borough Council does not have a Housing Revenue Account.
