Committee that considers changes to the Council housing allocation policy

I would like to know the name of the committee that meets to consider changes to the council's Housing Allocation Scheme, how often it meets to perform this task and a list of the dates of its past meetings for the past 3 years (or for a reasonable period if 3 years of data is not available).
The Housing Allocation Scheme is reviewed as part of the Housing Options Managers meetings and not a Committee.
A periodic formal review is undertaken in close consultation with key partners agencies and the public, where applicable, as per the Housing Act 1996.
The Allocation Scheme is currently under review and is being finalised presently. Previous formal reviews were undertaken in 2012 and 2014.
