How many dog owners in the area under the authority of Hastings Borough Council have been fined for not having their dog microchipped since the compulsory dog microchipping law came into effect on 6^th April 2016? What is the total amount in GBP that dog owners under the authority of Hastings Borough Council have been fined for not having their dog microchipped since the compulsory dog microchipping law came into effect on 6^th April 2016? How many dog owners under the authority of Hastings Borough Council have been prosecuted for not having their dog microchipped since the compulsory dog microchipping law came into effect on 6^th April 2016?

No dog owners have been fined or prosecuted for not having their dog micro chipped since 6/4/16
