Kingdom Security Litter Enforcement Staff Employment Terms and Conditions

Responded Mon 05 March 2018Is the Council aware that in order for Kingdom staff to receive the Living wage in Hastings, they have to agree to pay £20 per month to Kingdom or they will be placed on minimum wage? In addition, staff are unpaid for training and have to purchase their own uniform which is deducted from their salary.
Hastings prides itself on being a living Wage employer yet allows this practice with an already controversial contractor.
