Tracey Rose (Fellowship of St Nicholas)

I am the CEO of FSN, a children, young people and families’ charity based in Central St Leonards, offering services across Hastings, Rother and Wealden. My role involves leading the organisation, developing strategies to support new initiatives, sustainability and quality.

My background is in early years and more recently I have worked in a senior leadership role in Children’s Centres and adult learning and education provision. I am the Vice-Chair of the Hastings Community Network and the Skills and Learning in the Community (SLiC) Trust, working in collaboration with a range of voluntary sector organisations. I have lived in Hastings for 17 years.
