You can apply for a temporary road closure either by post or by email. Before you apply make sure you are familiar with our conditions.

The cost of a temporary road closure is £75 which is non refundable once the order has been processed.
After we have approved and processed your application we will use the payment details you have supplied to raise an invoice. We will then invoice you.
You will need to give us at least 8 weeks notice when applying for a road closure.

We require Public Liability Insurance with all applications for a road closure. We will not make an Order without it.
We ask for £10m for larger events. We accept £5m if the order is for a small event such as a street party for residents/neighbours only with food and simple entertainment. If there are stalls, firework displays or face painting, £10m will be required.
