COVID-19 guidelines
Please read the following guidelines carefully before attending any sessions so that we can ensure that our sessions are safe and in line with government guidelines:
All participants must have completed the online registration form before attending their first session. This is a requirement for the government's track and trace system, as well as our own monitoring.
Participant numbers will be limited to 15 per session. Completing the registration form does not guarantee a space. These will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, unless otherwise specified in the session details.
Sessions times may be split into two sessions to accommodate extra participants if required.
Please attend the session nearest to your home. Please do not travel across town to attend the sessions.
You MUST stay 2m apart AT ALL TIMES including on arrival and after the session.
You MUST wash your hands before and after the session.
You MUST NOT share equipment at any time before, during or after the class. Each participant will be provided with one set of equipment for use during the session. All equipment will be cleaned between every session.
If you are feeling unwell at all you MUST NOT attend a session.
You MUST bring your own water bottles and enough water for the whole session. Water will not be supplied.
Hand sanitiser will be present at each class, but please bring your own, if possible.
Please do not bring any other personal items with you.
In order to maintain social distancing, if minor first aid is required, participants will be asked to return home for this to take place. Our team will only perform first aid if emergency treatment is required.
If a participant is not able to walk home alone if first aid is required or in the event of the session having to be cut short, a parent or guardian must remain at the session.
To keep within permitted numbers, only participants are allowed stay within the session's allocated space. Spectators will be required to watch from outside of the area.
If you feel you can't adhere to the guidelines above please do not attend a session. If participants do not adhere to the guidelines they will be removed from the session immediately, and if necessary, the session will be stopped.
If you have any questions regarding the sessions please give the team a ring on 01424 451051.
