Our Women: Wellbeing and Workout course is a FREE 8 week course for women, aged 30 to 59.If you live in Hastings and St Leonards and want to learn long-term coping strategies to help manage your mental wellbeing (including: anxiety, low mood, stress or poor self-esteem), with a combination of talking and physical activities book your free place today.
The friendly, non-judgemental sessions kick off with a 45minute talking group session led by Natalie Greenall from Believe in You, followed by a 45 minute exercise class with a Personal Trainer.
Limited to one course per person.
