If you can’t sneeze, laugh, or cough without leaking a little urine, you’re not alone. Problems with the pelvic floor are common and can happen to anyone. But the good news is that including pelvic floor exercises into your fitness routine can help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.
This educational six-week course will increase your knowledge of your pelvic floor health and reduce current symptoms.
The course will include floor-based and seated exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor and core muscles.
Together we can reduce the taboo around pelvic floor health!
For women 18 to 50 years and/or perimenopausal women.
This session is led by Heather, one of our Active Hastings Fitness Instructors and Strength and Conditioning Specialists. Please remember Heather is not a healthcare professional, therefore, she will not be able to diagnose and treat specific pelvic floor issues. However, she can inform you on how to strengthen and look after your pelvic floor muscles.
