Join Eugenie from Active Hastings for 45 minutes of pilates, designed to focus on your core fitness. The session is low impact and suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.
Stay on afterwards for a free cup of tea or coffee and a chat with your fellow class members.
What kind of workout is Pilates?
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall wellbeing. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, and bring an exercise mat, if you have your own and plenty of water.
Booking is essential, please use the EEQU booking platform to register and book your space.
