Ladies that lift - 4 week course

AdultsLadies that lift is a new 4 week course, aimed at all women who do not currently have a gym membership and are looking to enhance their gym knowledge. No experience required.
During the course you will have a thorough introduction to the gym and weights. You will learn how to use the correct form and lift weights safely, using a mixture of free weights and resistance machines.
The course will be led by Josh from Freedom Leisure.

Once the course is completed a discounted Freedom Leisure membership is available.
