AdultsMost people think that Kettlebell is a modern form of exercise and originated from America. It was one of the most well kept secrets in Hollywood for years when training the stars their tough fitness regimes.
However, its not American and its not new!!!!
Originally from Russia it dates back to the 1700s, it was used by farmers to measure the crops out but boredom took over and they started swinging the Kettlebell it was about gaining strength and getting fitter. The Kettlebell is great for strength and conditioning. It also helps to improve cardiovascular health, increase strength and muscle mass, improves maximal and explosive strength, improves jumping power and increases vo2 max and conditioning.
