People with long term health conditionsDo you suffer from a long term health condition that has decreased your mobility? Do you want to increase your strength and mobility in a safe and relaxing environment? Then why not book onto our new introduction to yoga course.
This new 6 week course will provide you with an introduction to Yoga to help manage the symptoms of your long term health condition.
The course will run every Tuesday for 6 weeks from Tuesday 28th March.
Becca from Straight Up Yoga will lead this new Yoga course.
All equipment is provided.
This course is for adults aged 18+
