The last session before Christmas is Tuesday 12 December, and will return on Tuesday 9 January. Please note there will be no sessions on 23 January and 5 March 2024.

Join Sarah from Siam Boxing Camp for a women’s only boxercise class. This is a non-contact cardio session, that is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.

Sarah encourages you to focus on your own personal goals such as fitness, strength, stamina, confidence and self-esteem.

You can book onto the sessions up to two weeks in advance.

Everyone welcome (must be 16+).

If you are a Broomgrove estate resident, please bring proof of address with you to your first session.

A free crèche is available for Broomgrove residents attending the Boxercise class. The crèche is available for children aged 12 weeks to 5 years. Please book your crèche space separately by visiting the EEQU booking platform - crèche. If spaces are available 24 hours before the class start time, we will open these spaces up to people who live outside of the Broomgrove area.
