11.30am to 12.30pmWe all know being physically active is important for our health, but don't forget that it is great for our wellbeing and a great way to socialise too! Join us for an hour of New Age Kurling and Boccia, and that all important natter, every Thursday. Activities can be carried out standing or seated, so all ages and abilities welcome.
