AdultBEWELLFIT is proud to have such a unique class on its timetable. Aerial yoga is a workout using swings attached from the ceiling and offers suspension work. This can be a gentle relaxing class or it can be a tough toning workout class that elevates the heart rate.
This class carries some risk factors so it is vital that all medical conditions are disclosed to the instructor.
If attending this class for the first time we ask you to wear clothing that covers the body such as leggings ( no shorts ), long sleeved T-shirts etc.
