AdultOne of the more traditional classes and is popular with all age groups. LBT is a class that focuses on a basic warm up using deep leg movements such as squats and lunges and then focuses on the legs, bums and tums. LBT can be a varied class and can change on a regular basis making it adaptable for all age groups. Generally considered a toning class but do not be fooled this is not an easy class and can be made more challenging by adding weights, bands and other equipment to make it more challenging.
