AdultsJoin Heidi Tambeh, our Active Hastings Adult Weight Management Specialist Instructor, for our new weekly beginner's exercise class.
The class is for people who have been through an Active Hastings Adult Weight Management course or have a BMI over 30.
All exercises have adaptations or alternatives to make the class suitable for all levels, with optional floor work.
Please bring an exercise mat and water bottle with you.
