Join Heidi for an aerobics class specifically designed for the over 50s.
Come and join us for a fun & friendly exercise class. This class is suitable for all abilities. Don't worry if you haven't exercised for a long time, all exercises have adaptations or alternatives, hard and easy options available.Please bring a bottle of water with you and wear something that is easy to move in and trainers. Also, if you an exercise mat and some small dumbbell weights, please bring them too, however, this is optional so do still come along if you don’t have them.
