Hastings Town Centre and Bohemia Area Action Plan Preferred Approaches for consultation
The AAP is another key document prepared as part of the Hastings Local Plan process. It sets out a planning strategy for the future of the Hastings Town Centre and Bohemia and covers the period to 2033.
Consultation runs from 10am on Monday 2 July until 4pm on Monday 24 September 2018 under Regulation 18 of the Town & Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
How to comment
The easiest way to comment is online where you can view the AAP and its accompanying Sustainability Appraisal and make comments. A series of questions have been included in the AAP document. We are specifically seeking your views on these questions. Our how to comment online help sheet provides step by step instructions on how to do this.
Alternatively download sections of the AAP document and the accompanying comment form to fill in and return via email to email@example.com or post/deliver to the Planning Policy team, Muriel Matters House, Breeds Place, Hastings, TN34 3UY.
Reference copies of the AAP and Sustainability Appraisal can be viewed at the Community Contact Centre(CCC), Tourist Information Centre(TIC) or Hastings Central Library in Claremont during opening hours. Comment forms are also available from the CCC or TIC to take away.
If you wish to purchase your own copy of the AAP for £10 plus (postage and packing if applicable) please contact us.
