Hastings Borough Council will only authorise the refund of a season ticket or permit under exceptional circumstances.
If you wish to change the details on your season ticket or permit after purchase please complete the change of details form below. Completed forms should be returned to the Community Contact Centre. Please refer to our fees and charges page for relevant permit costs.
